Málaga, Spain – September 23, 2026 – AFR Milan, a subsidiary of Advanced Fiber Resources (AFR), presents its latest thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) modulators and photonic innovations at ECOC 2026, held September 21–23 in Málaga, Spain. The showcased technologies enable next-generation optical interconnect solutions, including CPO, OCS, and Co-Lite, delivering higher bandwidth, lower power consumption, and scalable integration for AI-driven datacenters and advanced optical communication systems.

Advanced Fiber Resources (AFR) unveiled a comprehensive portfolio of core optical components and solutions for both datacom and telecom network applications at OFC 2026, held March 17–19 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. With a strong focus on high-speed connectivity and long-haul transmission, AFR’s exhibit highlighted innovations tailored for next-generation network architectures—spanning datacenters, AI clusters, and backbone networks.

At OFC 2026, Advanced Fiber Resources (AFR) and its partner Calient.AI jointly showcased the Calient® OCS product. Through a live demo of the OCS all-optical interconnect, the demonstration highlighted the solution's immense potential in building high-speed, highly efficient optical network architectures, empowering the comprehensive upgrade of future datacenters and intelligent computing networks.

At OFC 2026, Advanced Fiber Resources (AFR), alongside its wholly-owned subsidiary Vlink, is highlighting key optical interconnect components for datacenters, including fiber arrays, micro-collimator arrays, and high-density fiber connectors.
