Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of PMC experience, including 2+ years of planning management experience in a medium-to-large manufacturing company

2. Familiar with production planning, capacity planning, inventory control, and ERP systems

3. Structured mindset, strong logical thinking, strong data sensitivity, and solid statistical analysis skills

1. Develop and manage suppliers to ensure delivery, quality, and risk control

2. Build the procurement management system; lead RFQ, price comparison, and negotiations to reduce costs

2. Training experience in optical components, optical transceivers, or lasers is preferred
