Independently complete the full-process layout of multi-layer high-speed boards (8–16 layers) and HDI PCBs, including stack-up planning, impedance design, component placement & routing, DFM/DFT verification, and Gerber file generation.
Job Requirements:

Proficient in using simulation tools such as Zemax to design and simulate various optical coupling structures, including but not limited to facet coupling, grating couplers, edge couplers, evanescent wave couplers, and free-space coupling systems.
Setup various Complex Optical Test Benches, Precisely measure and characterize key performance metrics of couplers, including insertion loss, return loss, bandwidth, alignment tolerance and alignment sensitivity.

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience in building complex optical test setups (utilizing lasers, polarization controllers, spectrometers, photodetectors, fiber arrays, etc.) and automated data acquisition via LabVIEW, Python and other tools.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize Thin Film Lithium Niobate (TFLN) manufacturing processes according to R&D and product development requirements, with particular focus on thin film deposition, vacuum technologies, and dry/plasma etching.
Lead process industrialization activities and support the transfer of developed processes from R&D into manufacturing, both internally and at qualified external foundry partners.
Act as technical interface between internal teams and external manufacturing partners, ensuring process specifications, performance targets, and quality requirements are correctly implemented and maintained.
Monitor process performance across internal and external production sites, identifying opportunities for yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related disciplines
3+ years of experience in semiconductor, MEMS, nanotechnology, or advanced manufacturing environments (experience level may be adjusted according to organizational needs)
Experience with thin film deposition, vacuum processes, plasma processing, dry etching, or related wafer fabrication technologies
Experience in process development, process qualification, and manufacturing industrialization
