Job Responsibilities:

1. Define reliability requirements and indicator allocation at early product development stage, conduct reliability design and review throughout R&D.

2. Develop reliability test strategies and test schemes; analyze, locate, rectify and verify defects found during testing to meet product reliability targets.

4. Possess basic project management skills to track problem resolution progress and ensure full closed-loop management.

5. Participate in the construction of internal reliability technology platform and introduction of reliability testing equipment.

4. Master reliability analysis tools including FMEA, FTA, etc.

5. Proficient in reliability test methodologies including qualification test, reliability growth test, accelerated life test and environmental stress screening.

6. Familiar with international, national and industrial standards such as IEC, EIA, ASTM, ISTA.

7. Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, self-motivation, rigorous working style, innovative thinking and teamwork spirit.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct supplier qualification audit for new vendors.

2. Perform annual regular audits and special audits for existing suppliers.

3. Establish supplier quality performance evaluation system with core KPIs including incoming material pass rate (IQC PPM), batch defect rate, corrective action closure timeliness and delivery pass rate.

4. Issue monthly/quarterly supplier quality performance reports; reward high-performance suppliers (e.g. increase order share) and issue corrective notices to underperforming suppliers.

5. Lead the compilation of incoming inspection SOP (IQC SOP), clarify inspection items, sampling standards (AQL) and judgment criteria, align standards with suppliers and internal IQC teams to unify quality requirements.

6. Transmit corporate quality standards (product drawings, technical agreements, defect classification standards) to suppliers to avoid incoming defects caused by inconsistent standard understanding.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Communication or related majors.

2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.

3. Familiar with IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality systems; drive suppliers to submit APQP/PPAP documents and participate in component reliability planning.

4. Master 8D problem-solving methodology.

5. Skilled in VDA6.3 audit tools; candidates with QMC certified second-party auditor certificate are preferred.

6. Familiar with IPC-610 standards and SMT processes.

7. Prior experience in optical chip packaging & testing (TO packaging) is preferred.

8. Personal qualities: Strong sense of responsibility and decent coordination & communication skills.

9. Fluent English (oral or written) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead or participate in R&D projects of optical amplifiers and light sources (RAMAN/EDFA, LiDAR, OTDR, etc.).

2. Complete design, assembly and verification of optical modules.

3. Analyze prototype performance test data and assist in failure analysis.

4. Provide technical support to production teams, formulate assembly, debugging and testing workflows for optical components.

5. Compile optical design development documents and test debugging documents for projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Optical Engineering, Optics, Optoelectronics, Physics or related majors.

2. Research or application background in laser technology.

3. Familiar with laser processes, materials and equipment selection.

4. Proficient in optical design software, solid theoretical foundation of laser and spatial optics.

5. Team player, rigorous work attitude and strong learning willingness.

6. Outstanding experimental capability: Able to independently build complex optical paths; proficient in optical testing instruments such as OSA, optical power meter, tunable laser source, etc.

7. Data analysis capability: Skilled in data processing tools including Matlab, Python or LabVIEW.

8. Strong capability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

9. Good teamwork, communication skills and document writing ability.
