Job Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding programs and company-wide training initiatives.
2. Build the training framework, develop training courses, and maintain a training content library.
3. Develop an internal trainer team and establish a closed-loop process to track training effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
1. 3+ years of training experience, with strong communication and facilitation skills, a clear and confident presentation style, and an approachable personality.
2. Training experience in optical components, optical transceivers, or lasers is preferred.
