2. Manage labor costs and support compensation negotiations for key talent.
3. Conduct industry and regional compensation benchmarking; oversee payroll calculation, social insurance, individual income tax, and labor compliance.
Job Requirements:
1. 3+ years of full-scope compensation, benefits, and performance management experience.
2. Strong expertise in payroll calculation and performance management systems.
3. Compensation management experience in optical components, optical transceivers, or lasers is preferred.
