Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment across all positions.
2. Build talent mapping capabilities and continuously improve the recruitment system.
3. Manage recruiting channels and improve hiring efficiency and offer-to-onboard conversion.
Job Requirements:
1. 3+ years of recruitment experience, including 1+ year in high-tech manufacturing.
2. Familiarity with optical components, optical transceivers, or lasers is preferred.
