Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead full-scope HR for a large-scale manufacturing workforce, including mass hiring, training, compensation, corporate culture, and HR strategic planning.
2. Build talent pipelines and strengthen core HR management practices.
3. Build HR systems for overseas subsidiaries and lead cross-cultural HR management.


Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of HR experience in a large-scale, labor-intensive environment, including 3+ years of end-to-end HR management experience.
2. Familiar with HR operating models for organizations combining R&D and manufacturing.
3. Strong resilience and the ability to handle urgent, high-volume hiring tasks under pressure.
4. HR experience in an international company is preferred.
