Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales experience, including proven success in developing strategic/key accounts.
2. Sales experience in optical components, optical transceivers, or lasers is preferred.
3. Fluency in English and overseas business experience are preferred.
4. Existing relationships with top-tier key accounts are a strong plus.
