Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure workplace safety, product quality, and on-time delivery.
2. Build and develop the production organization; continuously improve the capabilities of managers, supervisors, and team leaders.
3. Drive continuous improvement in yield, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of production management experience in a large-scale, labor-intensive manufacturing environment.
2. Experience in optical components, optical transceivers, or laser manufacturing is preferred.
3. Fluency in English is a plus.
