Job Responsibilities:

1. Together with PLM to accurately align with key customers' strategic needs and define core technology roadmaps.
2. Lead new product development, critical technology breakthroughs, and transfer to mass production.
3. Develop the R&D team and talent pipeline, and promote industry-university-research collaboration.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in the fiber optic component industry.
2. 5+ years of engineering/R&D team management experience.
3. Fluent English; engineering or R&D experience in overseas factories is preferred.
