Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Engineering Department and responsible for new product introduction, pilot runs, and mass-production ramp-up.
2. Establish process standardization systems to improve yield, efficiency, and cost performance.
3. Participate in R&D design reviews to improve manufacturability and resolve mass-production issues.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in the fiber optic component industry.
2. 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
3. Fluent English; engineering experience in overseas factories is preferred.
