Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop the IT and digital transformation roadmap and oversee business system implementation.
2. Establish the information security framework to protect data, networks, and multi-site IT operations.
3. Manage the IT team and external service providers.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of IT/digitalization experience, including 2+ years of full-scope IT management experience.
2. Familiar with core manufacturing business systems, system integration, and data governance.
3. Familiar with Oracle databases, MES, Agile PLM, and related systems.
