Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop equipment investment and maintenance strategies and establish full-lifecycle equipment management.
2. Manage equipment selection, introduction, maintenance, calibration, and asset inventory.
3. Develop the equipment engineering team and drive production line automation and optimization.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience and familiarity with common equipment used in the fiber optic component industry.
2. Experience applying AI/large language models to equipment management or automation is preferred.
3. Experience in optical components, optical transceivers, or lasers is preferred.
