Job Responsibilities:

1. Build the PMC framework and coordinate supply-demand balance, capacity planning, and order fulfillment.
2. Manage multi-product production scheduling, ensure material readiness/kitting, and drive closed-loop resolution of delivery exceptions.
3. Optimize inventory structure and planning processes, and promote supply chain digitalization.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of PMC experience, including 2+ years of planning management experience in a medium-to-large manufacturing company.
2. Familiar with production planning, capacity planning, inventory control, and ERP systems.
3. Structured mindset, strong logical thinking, strong data sensitivity, and solid statistical analysis skills.
