Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage suppliers to ensure delivery, quality, and risk control.
2. Build the procurement management system; lead RFQ, price comparison, and negotiations to reduce costs.
3. Develop the procurement team, optimize processes, and manage inventory.

Job Requirements:

1. High integrity and strong negotiation skills.
2. 5+ years of experience with solid knowledge of supplier development, cost control, and risk management.
3. Experience in optical components, optical transceivers, or lasers is preferred.
