During the exhibition, the company showcased a comprehensive portfolio of optical components. Key exhibits included 130 GBaud CDM, hermetic fiber feedthrough, Fiber Array Units (FAUs), and Pluggable OLS. These products garnered significant interest from customers and industry professionals.
130 GBaud TFLN CDM
The quad-channel 130 GBaud CDM integrates an RF driver, offering power consumption of less than 3.5 W and an optical extinction ratio of ≥ 23 dB. It is designed for DP-QPSK and DP-16QAM coherent transmission up to 800 Gbps.
Hermetic Fiber Feedthrough
It supports 96 fiber channels with a helium leak rate of ≤ 1×10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s, ensuring ultra-high vacuum-grade sealing for PIC modules,LD packaging, and integrated optics.It is built for harsh environments (e.g., deep-sea pressure) using Kovar/SUS hybrid sealing and is MIL-STD-883 certified.
Fiber Array Units
Vlink, AFR's subsidiary, showcased its signature Fiber Array Units (FAUs) at the event, including CPO/OCS fiber arrays and PIC coupling fiber arrays, widely used in 800G and 1.6T high-speed/ultra-high-speed optical modules, CPO applications, coherent transmission, DCI applications, and WSS modules. Vlink's core strength lies in its advanced manufacturing and packaging technology for optical components, its expertise in designing high-speed optical interconnect solutions, and its capability to rapidly scale customized products from prototype to mass production. Pluggable OLS
AFR Wuhan presented its Pluggable OLS portfolio, featuring 3 core QSFP-based modules: OCM for monitoring, EDFA for signal amplification, and OTDR for link testing. Designed for high precision and low noise, these plug-and-play devices utilize a standardized interface to support efficient network operations and integration.
