Job Responsibilities:

1. His/her main responsibilities are on supervise /support Wafer Fab manufacturing areas, working in clean room environment. As Process Engineer, mainly focused on wet chemical and/or vacuum deposition processes, is responsible to develop new industrial processes and maintain / improve existing ones, collaborate and provide technical advice to R&D and manufacturing teams to guarantee product quality, product cost and manufacturing efficiency

2. Investigate and perform troubleshooting analysis on possible process / product problems

3. Liaise with installation/maintenance team and specialists for equipment upgrade and calibration

4. Work with EHS representative to ensure safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation

5. Setup Statistical Process Control approach to improve yield and rework rate

6. Introduce technological innovation in order to increase yield, to reduce process lead time.

7. Is responsible of process documentation, work instruction necessary for transfer new process to manufacturing. Control new product introduction from design into manufacturing

8. Perform manufacturing operators’ training
