Job Responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with AFR headquarter to do the process introduction of Pigtail products and localized production

2. Monitor the production process of Pigtail, find out and solve the technical problems in production in time to ensure the stable operation of the production line

3. Prepare process documents and related technical documents for Pigtail products to ensure the accuracy and completeness of process documents

4. Participate in new product trial production and technology transfer work, provide technical support and solutions

5. Assist in the completion of overseas product transfer work, including translation, organization and filing of technical documents

6. Accept part-time overseas travel arrangement to complete technical support and product transfer tasks for overseas projects according to work needs

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in optical engineering or related fields

2. More than three years working experience in the field of optical devices, familiar with the PM Pigtail process is preferred

3. Proficient in English reading and basic daily communication, good paperwork ability, preferably in Chinese

4. Strong learning ability and innovation ability, able to think and solve problems independently.

5. Possess good teamwork spirit, communication and coordination skills, and be able to adapt to a certain degree of work pressure

6. Ability to accept part-time overseas travel, overseas product transfer experience is preferred
