Job Responsibilities:

1. Define reliability requirements and indicator allocation at early product development stage, conduct reliability design and review throughout R&D.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct supplier qualification audit for new vendors.

2. Perform annual regular audits and special audits for existing suppliers.

3. Establish supplier quality performance evaluation system with core KPIs including incoming material pass rate (IQC PPM), batch defect rate, corrective action closure timeliness and delivery pass rate.

4. Issue monthly/quarterly supplier quality performance reports; reward high-performance suppliers (e.g. increase order share) and issue corrective notices to underperforming suppliers.

5. Lead the compilation of incoming inspection SOP (IQC SOP), clarify inspection items, sampling standards (AQL) and judgment criteria, align standards with suppliers and internal IQC teams to unify quality requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead or participate in R&D projects of optical amplifiers and light sources (RAMAN/EDFA, LiDAR, OTDR, etc.).

2. Complete design, assembly and verification of optical modules.

3. Analyze prototype performance test data and assist in failure analysis.

4. Provide technical support to production teams, formulate assembly, debugging and testing workflows for optical components.

5. Compile optical design development documents and test debugging documents for projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Full Lifecycle Project Management

1. Project Initiation & Planning: Lead initiation evaluation of new products (fiber amplifiers, LiDAR light sources, MEMS sensors, etc.), develop detailed project WBS, clarify milestones, resource demands, budgets and risk contingency plans.

2. Schedule Control: Monitor full R&D workflow including demand analysis, scheme design, optical/circuit simulation, prototype trial production, small-batch verification and mass production transfer to ensure on-time project delivery; identify schedule deviations and implement corrective actions timely.

3. Change Management: Strictly manage technical and demand changes during R&D, evaluate their impacts on cost, schedule and quality, and implement standardized change approval procedures.

Cross-department Collaboration & Resource Coordination

1. Internal Collaboration: Act as core coordinator to align optical, electronic, mechanical, software, testing, NPI process, procurement and production teams, resolve technical bottlenecks and resource conflicts during R&D.

2. External Liaison: Conduct technical communication with key customers (communication equipment vendors, vehicle manufacturers, research institutes), manage customer requirements and report project progress regularly; coordinate technical support from external suppliers and OEM manufacturers.

Quality & Cost Control

1. Quality Management: Adopt IPD (Integrated Product Development) methodology, organize design reviews (DR), test verification and reliability tests to ensure products comply with industry standards and customized customer requirements.

2. Cost Optimization: Intervene in cost control (DFC) at R&D stage, cooperate with procurement to optimize component selection, balance product performance and BOM cost to improve market competitiveness.

Documentation & Intellectual Property

1. Document Standardization: Guarantee completeness, accuracy and timely archiving of full-cycle project documents including specifications, drawings, test reports, BOM lists, etc.

2. Patent Layout: Cooperate with R&D teams to identify technical innovations, assist IP department with patent application and build company technical barriers.

Job Requirements:

1. Education Background Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above in Optical Engineering, Optoelectronic Technology, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information, Automation or related majors. Candidates with PMP, Prince2 or NPDP certification are preferred.

2. Work Experience Minimum 5 years R&D experience in optoelectronics, communication equipment or hard-tech industries, including at least 3 years independent project management experience. Proven successful project management experience with fiber amplifiers, fiber lasers, LiDAR light sources, optical modules or MEMS sensors is preferred. Familiar with hardware development phases (EVT/DVT/PVT/MP) and IPD management system.

3. Professional Skills Skilled in project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, OmniPlan, etc. Solid optoelectronics expertise to interpret optical and circuit diagrams and conduct in-depth technical communication with engineers. Familiar with ISO9001 quality system and automotive-grade (IATF16949) product development process is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily process execution and maintain process accuracy.

2. Analyze and handle defective products from production lines, carry out improvement and optimization activities.

3. Statistically analyze root causes of defective products in each process and implement corrective improvements.

4. Continuously optimize production line workflows to reduce HPU and improve product yield rate.

5. Conduct MRB material analysis and disposal.

6. Formulate and revise process documents including FMEA, Flow Chart, Control Plan, WI, GR&R, SPC, etc.

7. Lead process improvements covering process development & optimization, tooling design & upgrade, test software optimization and workflow optimization.

5. Proficient in operating testing equipment including optical spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, photodetector, optical power meter, fiber fusion splicer, etc.

6. Prior experience with fiber lasers and fiber amplifiers is preferred.

1. Participate in NPI/APQP; conduct quality assessments, track issues, and prepare PPAP for new projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Production line and line exception handling:

   Follow up the performance testing of optical modules, optical modulators, tunable lasers, detectors, fiber optic components and other optical devices (such as insertion loss, return loss, eye diagram, bit error rate, bandwidth, wavelength stability testing, real-time monitoring of production line test status

   Quickly respond to sudden test abnormalities, equipment errors, data anomalies and other issues in the production line

   Report abnormal problems in the testing process in a timely manner, and cooperate to complete basic work such as yield statistics and test data summary.

2. Analysis and processing of defective products:

   Responsible for the preliminary screening, retesting, and problem classification of defective products tested on the production line, and accurately recording information such as defective phenomena, defective proportions, and test data

   Assist engineers to conduct root cause analysis of defective products, implement temporary improvement measures, and follow up on closed-loop processing such as rework, retesting, and scrapping of defective products.

3. Test bench construction and debugging:

   Assist test engineers to complete the construction, wiring, equipment debugging, parameter calibration and functional verification of new products and new process test benches

   Responsible for the daily maintenance, spot inspection, and troubleshooting of mass production test stations to ensure the accuracy and stability of the test bench.

4. Process implementation and assistance optimization:

   Strictly implement the company's test operation standards and quality control requirements, cooperate with engineers to optimize the test process, improve test abnormalities, and assist in completing production line test-related training and on-site implementation work.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational background and major:

   College degree or above, majoring in optical engineering, optoelectronics technology, physical electronics, communication engineering and other related majors.  

2. Skills and experience:

   More than 1 year of testing experience in the optical communications industry, familiar with optical modules (such as QSFP-DD, OSFP), optical modulators (such as silicon photonic integrated transceiver modulator) or optical fiber sensing product testing processes. 

   Familiar with the basic operation and maintenance of commonly used test equipment (OSA, BERT bit error meter, oscilloscope, VNC), and have basic production line abnormality troubleshooting capabilities

3. Priority conditions:

   Familiar with the production line and line operation processes, able to quickly adapt to the mass production rhythm, and efficiently handle various testing emergencies on the production line.

   Work conscientiously and meticulously, have strong execution ability, obey work arrangements, and have good on-site adaptability and teamwork ability.

   Applicants with experience in optical device testing, PAM4 modulation type high-speed (400G/800G) optical module products, and optical modulator products are preferred.

4. Soft skills:
