Job Responsibilities:
Optical device testing and verification:
Responsible for the performance testing (such as insertion loss, return loss, eye diagram, bit error rate, bandwidth, wavelength stability) of optical modules, optical modulators, tunable lasers, detectors, fiber optic components and other optical devices.
Improvement of test yield.
Test plan design and optimization:
Design test plans based on product requirements, formulate test cases and standardized processes (such as TIA-492, IEEE 802.3 standards).
Develop automated test scripts (Python/LabVIEW) to improve testing efficiency and data accuracy.
Problem diagnosis and improvement:
Analyze test data to locate the cause of optical device failure.
Collaborate with the R&D team to optimize product design and propose process improvement suggestions.
Test system construction and maintenance:

Documentation and Reporting:

Job Requirements:
Educational background and major:
Bachelor degree or above, major in optical engineering, optoelectronics technology, physical electronics, communication engineering and other related majors.
Skills and experience:
More than 3 years of testing experience in the optical communications industry, familiar with optical modules (such as QSFP-DD, OSFP), optical modulators (such as silicon photonic integrated transceiver modulator) or optical fiber sensing product testing processes. Experience in PAM4 modulation type high-speed (400G/800G) optical module products, and a deep understanding of the principles of optical modules are preferred.
Proficient in optical test equipment (OSA, BERT bit error meter, oscilloscope, VNA) and data analysis tools (MATLAB).
Familiar with optical communication protocols and standards (such as ITU-T G.652/G.654, IEEE 802.3ba/bs).
Have automated test development capabilities (Python/LabVIEW/C#), and be familiar with GPIB/LXI communication protocols.
Priority conditions:

Mass production process control and optimization:
Responsible for the full process control of MPO/MTP/MMC/EBO fiber optic connectors and jumpers. Optimize process parameters and improve yield.
New product introduction and trial production project implementation:
Connect R&D, business and customer needs, and undertake MPO/MTP/MMC/EBO process review, sample trial production, and small batch trial production work.
Quality abnormality analysis and closed-loop rectification:
