Job 1: R&D Manager, Fiber Passive Components
Responsibilities: 
1. To be responsible for designing, developing new fiber-optics passive components in order
    to fulfill customer
requirement;
2. To provide technical guidance of released product to production line;  
3. To achieve best balance between cost and specification, ensure product’s 
    manufacturability; 
4. To involve new product development review and reliability review; 
5. To cross-train project engineers;  
6. To work with sales team to provide input for next generation optical designs.
Responsibilities: 
1. Master or above is preferred, major in Optics, Physics, Laser etc.; 
2. 3 yr+ R&D experience in passive fiber component industry and 1+ year management 
    experience;  
3. Excellent English reading and writing skill, oral skill is preferred; 
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player.
 

Job 2: Marketing Manager, Fiber Passive Components
Responsibilities: 
1. To track market trend and provide intensive guidance to sales team; 
2. To develop of sales tool, training,demonstration programs and sales literature, deliver
    customer presentations 
and demonstrations; 
3. To develop and create marketing project and drive sales of passive components;
4. To work with the sales teams to identify potential business opportunities.
Responsibilities: 
1. Bachelor and above, major in Optics, Physics, Laser etc.;
2. 5 yr+ marketing experience in telecommunication industry and 1+ year management
    experience;
3. Excellent English skill in both oral and written;
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player.
 

Job 3: Sales Manager, Fiber Passive Components
Responsibilities: 
1. To take the ownership in managing business cases and grow the revenue as well as 
    market share steadily at customers;
2. To deal with routine work and handle issues;
3. To coordinate sale assistant, gain supports from other departments in order to achieve 
    sale goal;
4. To build strong relationships and communication channels with customers;
5. To meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives;
6. To perform specification reviews and quotations review; 
7. To provide forecast & gap analysis; 
8. To enhance the relationship with customer by delivering excellent services; 
9. To propose and implement account strategy.
Responsibilities: 
1. Bachelor and above, major in Optics, Physics, Laser etc.;
2. 5 yr+ marketing experience in telecommunication industry and 1+ year management
    experience;

Job 4: R&D Engineer, Fiber Optics Passive Components
Responsibilities: 
1. To develop leading edge passive components, mainly, high power handling devices and
    Polarization Maintenance devices;  
2. To work closely with R&D project leader, product line manager, sales, manufacturing
    engineer and external vendors to solve issues during development stages;
3. To transfer new products to production line and continue to support cost reductions;  
4. To provide technical support to production line;
5. To implement project scheduling and to ensure it can be finished on time.
Responsibilities: 
1. Bachelor and above, major in Optics, Physics, Laser etc.;
2. 5yr+ experience in passive fiber optics component industry;
3. Excellent English reading and writing skill, oral skill is preferred;
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player;
5. Excellent computer skill of using optical design software.
 

Job 5: Manufacturing Engineer, Fiber Optics Passive Components
Responsibilities: 
1. To improve and maintain production yield and ensure product quality;
2. To work closely with production supervisor to ensure On-Time-Delivery;
3. To oversee production yield as well as support other dept. such as QA, Purchasing, 
    Sales; 
4. To work with other technical staffs to achieve technical/operational excellence;  
5. To communicate with R&D engineer and participate in customer communication;
6. To meet customer demand in terms of delivery, quality, traceability, documentation etc;
7. To compose process documents to ensure consistence of product;
8. To achieve internal target of cost, quality, efficiency etc. 
Responsibilities: 
1. Bachelor and above, major in Optics, Physics, Laser etc.;
2. 3yr+ experience in passive fiber optics component industry;

Job 6: Product Line Manager
Responsibilities: 
1. To setup product line revenue, margin and market share target;
2. To be responsible for product P&L and lifecycle;
3. To provide product market forecast and product sourcing plan;
4. To make and demonstrate product roadmap;
5. To analysis assigned product information and provide competitor analysis and strategy; 
6. To handle product pricing requirements;
7. To work closely with R&D department on new product development. 
8. To investigate customer requirement on product;
9. To feedback customer complaint and evaluate product quality and process improvement.

Job 7: Application Engineer
Responsibilities: 
1. To provide technical support to sales and be the linkage between sales and production;
2. To provide guidance in applications development to key customers;
3. To implement product training to customers; 
4. To perform intensive specification review and feedback manufacturability to sales;
5. To explain technical detail to customer and assure customers’ success using our
    products;
6. To handle RMA cases and implement internal failure investigation;
7. To assist customers with troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.

Job 8: Manager, Laser Group
Responsibilities: 
1. To achieve sales goal by providing excellent service to customers;
2. To explain technical detail to customer in order to ensure customer to use our product
    correctly;
3. To demonstrate fiber laser and fiber amplifier to customers;
4. To coordinate all internal departments and suppliers to realize annual and quarterly sale
    plan;    
5. To handle routine sale issues and RMA cases.

合作导师:姚建铨院士
姚院士是著名激光与非线性光学专家。1997年姚建铨当选为中科院院士。现任中国光学学会理事、中国光学学会激光专业委员会副主任、天津市激光学会副理事长、天津大学激光与光电子研究所所长,同时任美国光学学会及SPIE会员、南加州大学激光中心客座高级研究员等职。
主要的学术成就:姚教授多年从事激光与非线性光学频率变换技术的研究,发展了高功率倍频激光的理论。他发明的双轴晶体的最佳相位匹配的精确计算理论,被国际学术界称为“姚技术”、“姚方法”,并被国际学术界广泛应用。在新型激光器及应用技术方面,他成功研制了高效固体激光器、可调谐激光器、高效倍频系列激光器等,均达到了国际先进水平。

研究课题:
1. 光纤激光器用高功率光器件的研究;(1~2人)
2. 太赫兹通讯光源的研究;(1~2人)
3. 新型光纤器件的研究;(1~2人)
4. 高精度及特殊用途光学元件的研制;(1~2人)
5. 高功率,高稳定性激光电源的研究;(1~2人)
6. 医疗激光器及其应用研究方向之一: 漫反射法探测肌体病变;(1~2人)
7. 医疗激光器及其应用研究方向之二: 自适应光学眼底检测系统的研究;(1~2人)
8. 高稳定性紫外激光器(355nm)及其应用研究;(1~2人)
