1. To develop leading edge passive components, mainly, high power handling devices and
Polarization Maintenance devices;

3. To transfer new products to production line and continue to support cost reductions;
4. To provide technical support to production line;
5. To implement project scheduling and to ensure it can be finished on time.

1. To improve and maintain production yield and ensure product quality;

4. To work with other technical staffs to achieve technical/operational excellence;

主要的学术成就：姚教授多年从事激光与非线性光学频率变换技术的研究，发展了高功率倍频激光的理论。他发明的双轴晶体的最佳相位匹配的精确计算理论，被国际学术界称为“姚技术”、“姚方法”，并被国际学术界广泛应用。在新型激光器及应用技术方面，他成功研制了高效固体激光器、可调谐激光器、高效倍频系列激光器等，均达到了国际先进水平。
