Visit by Fiber Optics Pioneers Inspire AFR at 2018'CIOE Sep 19, 2018

Leading fiber optics developer Advanced Fiber Resources (AFR) gained renewed confidence in the future development of optical technologies recently when China’s undisputed Pioneer of Fiber Optics, Zisen Zhao, visited the AFR exhibit at the 20th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE) in Shenzhen, China.

Mr. Zhao, who introduced fiber optics to China in the 1970s, stopped off at the AFR exhibit to peruse the company’s new and classic lines of fiber optic components. AFR’s exhibit representatives also received a visit from another of China’s pioneers in the study of fiber optics, Ming Zhi. Both of the esteemed industry leaders remain active in the field of fiber optics technology development.

The visit of two of China’s leading pioneers in the field of fiber optics technology has given AFR greater confidence in our business of exploring fiber optical technologies development.

While honoring its esteemed visitors, AFR also presented a host of high-quality products, including MEMS VOA, Mini Fiber Optic Circulator, PM Isolator and PM WDM, PM Metalized Fiber Cable.

AFR was among nearly hundreds of exhibitors at the annual industry three-day exposition attended by an estimated 20,000 professional visitors.
